Welcome to Wellness in Motion. We’re glad you’re here! 


In 2024, we started offering affordable health and wellness services from the unique perspective of a physical therapist. By integrating movement, nutrition, sleep and stress management - the whole body is empowered (or educated) to move forward and live well. 


Our clinic features Molokai’s only therapist with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, along with certifications in Lymphedema and Wound Care. With our highly trained staff, we offer a range of services, including physical therapy, wellness coaching, wound care, and home safety assessments—to help you stay healthy and strong at home.


We want everyone to enjoy life to the fullest. For Molokai residents, we support aging in place, allowing kupuna to remain on the island and close to the people they love. Our home safety assessments identify potential modifications to help support this goal.


We come to you! Our mobile clinic was designed around our clients’ needs offering convenient, at home appointments. We’re fully dedicated to meeting our clients on their wellness journey and helping them recover, heal and grow to live healthy and fulfilling lives.
