We are in the process of becoming credentialed with many insurance carriers. Please call the clinic for the most up-to-date information.
For those insurance carriers, which we are not yet credentialed, we can provide you with an inovice to submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
We accept a variety of payment options—credit/debit card, check or cash—to make our services more accessible. Our team will work with you to determine the best way to pay for your treatment.
2. Where are you located?
Wellness in Motion was designed with you in mind. We are a mobile clinic offering premier care from the convenience of your home. We can provide you with service in your home with a in person or virtual visit.
To better serve the needs of our community, we are in the process of securing a location for the clinic.
3. How do I schedule an appointment?
