1. Do you take insurance?
We are in the process of becoming credentialed with many insurance carriers. We are currently able to accept: Medicare, HMSA and UHA insurances.
Please call the clinic for the most up-to-date information.
For those insurance carriers, which we are not yet credentialed, we can provide you with an inovice to submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
We accept a variety of payment options—credit/debit card, check or cash—to make our services more accessible. Our team will work with you to determine the best way to pay for your treatment.
2. Where are you located?
Wellness in Motion was designed with you in mind. To better serve the needs of our community, we have opened a clinic at Kualapuu Center - 900 Kalae Highway, Suite 206, Kualapuu, HI 96757. We also provide mobile visits offering premier care from the convenience for those individuals whose injury or condition makes leaving their home difficult.
To better serve the needs of our community, we are in the process of securing a location for the clinic.
